Happy Summer, ROCS Families!
PC has a couple of quick updates to share with you as we head into August (how?!?):
- Final Work Weekend at Forum Drive: We have a few remaining items that need to be completed so we can be completely out of the Forum Drive property this weekend. Please sign up to help here.
- Thank you to everyone that has volunteered so far at either location. We have had families doing everything from painting gorgeous Lazure murals in the entryway to taking apart and reassembling a chicken coop. Your generosity with your time and talent are part of what makes ROCS so special and we are endlessly grateful.
- We will have a few more chalkboards to paint at Sumner. If you are able to help with this, please contact rocsparentcircle@gmail.com for details. There is also mulch on the playground that needs to be spread. This has already been moved from the parking lot onto the playground and simply needs to be spread with a rake. Please email the address above if you can tackle this task and get it off our list.
- Supply lists: finally, families can expect an accurate and updated supply list for 2023-2024 to be posted to the ROCS website in the coming days.
