The ROCS Board of Directors will hold a virtual special session on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 12:30pm to discuss extension of the engagement of Leaders Building Leaders and to go into closed session “to establish, or to instruct the public body’s staff or negotiating agents concerning the position to be taken by or on behalf of the public body in negotiating (i) the price and other material terms of a contract or proposed contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase, option, exchange, or lease” per NC Open Meetings Law 143-318.11(a)(5).
The meeting will take place via simultaneous communication. Members of the public can always join the public portion of our meetings using the conference video or telephone information below. As a reminder, public comment is only offered at each regular monthly board meeting.
