The ROCS Board of Directors is excited to announce that five new members have recently joined its ranks, replacing longtime members Alicia Whitney and Claire Porter and adding diverse new skill sets and perspectives to the board. They join current members Jeremy Altfeder, who has served since 2019, and Romaric Dauntun, a member since April 2022 — both ROCS dads and employees of CapTrust.

She is passionate about public Waldorf education. In her spare time, she loves food (cooking > dining out), yarn (crochet > knitting), reading (fiction > non-fiction), and nature walks (hikes that end downhill preferred).

Prior to joining the staff at Meredith, Kacey worked in non-profit and community engagement, and even filled in at ROCS as an Instructional Assistant, Second Grade Teacher, and EC 1:1 during the pandemic. She will tell you she is both a plant mom and a bird mom, but don’t gift her any more plants– her husband says that one of the current babies will have to go to make room.
