BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OUR SCHOOL
The only Raleigh Oak Charter School is governed by its own Board of Directors (BOD) composed of highly-qualified members dedicated to the mission of the school. The BOD is the exclusive governing body of the charter school and is responsible for ensuring student and organizational success. The BOD delegates authority to the Executive Team for all aspects of school operations and management.

ROCS Board meetings are conducted for the purpose of carrying out the official business of the school and will be held on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm.
- The public is cordially invited to attend Board meetings in person or virtually (link below) to observe the Board as it conducts its official business.
- Attendees may only comment during the public comment period during each regular monthly meeting, per the school’s Rules for Public Comment. While signup is not required in order to comment, it does help the Board plan for time. You may choose to speak yourself, or you may submit comments in writing, which we will read or summarize for you to fit into the allotted time. RICH ANTOINE
Chair/Treasurer/ Governance

Rich Antoine serves as Co-Chair of the Board and Treasurer at Raleigh Oak Charter School. He is an executive leader and entrepreneur who has led and continues to advise private equity-backed organizations through expansion, operational restructuring, long-term financial strategy, and performance improvement to drive disciplined growth and lasting impact.
Rich moved to Raleigh, NC 8 years ago with his wife and two children, who proudly attend ROCS. As both a board leader and parent, he is deeply committed to the school’s mission and to helping it flourish for generations to come. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys playing tennis and staying active in the local community.

EWEN FINSER
Chair/Enrollment & Outreach
Ewen Finser serves as Co-Chair of the Board and Enrollment & Outreach Chair at Raleigh Oak Charter School. He is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor to companies in the AI visibility, digital marketing, and agentic commerce sectors, and previously served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, bringing experience in leadership, service, and organizational development.
Ewen moved to Raleigh in 2018 and will have three children enrolled at ROCS. A product of Waldorf education (K–12), he is a strong advocate for the public Waldorf mission of meeting each child where they are and supporting the development of the whole human being. Outside of work, Ewen enjoys spending time in nature, family life, civic engagement, and exploring local thrift shops.

Greg recently retired after operating Greg Paul Builders in Raleigh for over 40 years.
As a grandfather of five, including two current ROCS students, Greg is deeply invested in the education of this generation.
Service to the community has always been fulfilling for Greg and he is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to the success of ROCS.
